Our experience was marred by several issues. Initially, I requested a ground floor room due to my knee problems, but was given a second-floor room with no elevator. The room was downgraded upon moving, and it had unclean areas, including mold around the faucet. The hot tub was also out of service, which was very disappointing.

Consider requesting a ground floor room in advance, as the hotel lacks elevators and it can be quite inconvenient.

The pool area was fantastic for family time! ! We thoroughly enjoyed splashing around and the room was clean and comfortable.

Old and worn furnishings detracted from our comfort. Noise from events and other guests was a constant disturbance.

The staff made staying here a real pleasure. Iesha at the front desk really went above and beyond to get us a room that fit our needs. The breakfast was good too, but I missed it because I slept too long.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but still acceptable for the experience we had.

Poolside convenience was nice!

Stayed 3 nights in a room facing the pool, which was super handy for my kiddo. Lots of fun splashing around! The bar had decent drinks, but the coffee in the lobby was a big letdown, tasted like weak water. And honestly, the room could’ve felt cleaner, didn’t really wanna walk around barefoot.

I stayed 3 nights in a Queen Room with Pool View. The direct access to the pool was fantastic for my family. The Tavern offered good food and service. The breakfast area was pleasant. We had a nice experience! 😊

Clean rooms, helpful staff, and amazing pool. Enjoyed great breakfast that started our days right. Kids loved the waterslide, added joy to our stay!

The rooms are large and clean. The comfy beds made sleeping easy. The waterslide was a hit with my family!

The stay included a spacious room that was well-maintained, making it comfortable after a long day. Dining options featured delicious local fish, with standout service from the restaurant staff enhancing the experience. Unfortunately, the room cleanliness wasn’t up to par, with noticeable dirt, and the pool was out of order during the visit, limiting recreation options for families. Additionally, the noise from other guests in adjoining rooms disturbed the peace, especially at night.

We had a lovely time and really enjoyed the pool area along with the cozy lounge rooms. The hotel offered a nice hot tub and a great putting green that we took advantage of after our busy days. The only hiccup was that the breakfast selection could’ve been a bit more varied, but overall, we felt right at home! 😊

Additionally, water quality in the bathroom leaves much to be desired, lacking the softness many guests expect when showering.
